Your booking becomes effective as soon as we get the contract duly fulfilled and signed and your booking deposit.

Booking deposits :

  Camping : 25% of your reservation
  Mobi chalet : 25% of your reservation
  Mobile -home : 25% of your reservation

Registration fees : 6 € for camping, 10 € for mobile-home or mobi-chalet rental.

Payment of the stay : once we get your booking form and your booking deposit, according to availabilities, we send you a booking confirmation.

The balance of your stay must be paid according to the following conditions :

  For camping : at your arrival.

  For rental : at the maximum 30 (thirty) days before the planned date of your arrival.

CAUTION : after this time limit, if we did not get your payment, the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation conditions : any cancellation must be notified by registered letter. If the holiday-maker does not cancel his booking at the maximum 30 (thirty) days before the planned date of arrival, or if he does not come at the planned date of arrival, any payment already made will be kept.

Delay on arrival or interruption of the stay : any delay on arrival or interruption of the stay for any reason whatsoever will not give any right to repayment.

Obligations : the holiday-maker has to follow the camping internal rules (you can get a copy of it on demand) particularly about the noise, visitors, waste sorting out, parking lot use...

Number of occupants : if the number of occupants ecxedes the capacity stated in the contract, the camping manager takes the right, without any pre-agreement, to break the contract or get an extra charge.

Resort tax : the holiday-maker and the peolple accompanying him will have to pay, in addition to the rental price, the resort tax due to Community of Councils of "La Tournette". The resort tax is due per night and per person.

Surety : for the rental you will have to give a surety of 150 € on the day of your arrival, which will be given back to you on the day of your departure (except for possible deduction of the accomodation repairing fees, and of the refund for missing or broken accessories).

In case of a departure while the reception is closed, the surety will be sent back to you by mail after checking of the accommodation.

A forfait of 50 € will be kept if the accomodation is not returned in the best state of cleanliness.

Nota : the surety does not constitute a limit of responsibility for the tenant.
